Didn't get my red bells finished yesterday, but I have made a start on 2015 diaries!!!

Well 127 days until Christmas, so with that in mind I have started my Christmas painting!!!!

Had a lovely day in Selsey yesterday. Wasn't really buzzing, but had a steady flow of people visiting. Trouble is because August is the month of festivities for Selsey, there was an awful lot going on for the visitors & locals alike. Recognized quite a few faces that used to come into our local craft shop when it was open (unfortunately the rent went up three fold & we had to close about two years ago) Anyway I had two bears & a pony go to their new forever homes & a few painted pieces as well. So all in all I came home happy. Below are the adoptions.

Off to Selsey today for a very local craft show....just two miles down the road!!!
All part of Selsey's carnival celebrations through the month of August. Hopefully
a bear & a pony are being picked up today.

Well what a fantastic weekend I had!!! On Saturday 4 bears were adopted, one I finished the night before & she didn't even make it to my stand!!! Along with my farmyard clock, a narrowboat painted enamel coffee pot & several of my bottle top magnets.
On Sunday no bears but a lot of other painted pieces including a farmyard jug that I had finished in the morning while sitting at the craft show. (I always paint at craft shows so people know that I actually do paint the articles for sale) Pictured below are the bears who found their new forever homes.

And lastly Shorty a little 7" bear I adopted from the
 lovely Lin Peters of Lindi Bears.
He was waiting for me when I got home on Saturday
evening.

New bear Bean. Made from a lovely plush, 8.5" tall, but won't stand, much too fat for that!!
I have called him Bean, as I have used all the coffee names with past bears.
