Another post because Jenny from Jenny-handmadehappiness.blogspot.com emailed me a photo of the latest 3 bears I had sent her earlier in the week. I had stupidly forgotten to take one myself, before packing them up to send!!!! It look's like they are sitting in front of someone's beautiful patchwork.

One new photo for you this cold & frosty morning. Pepe a sweet little 6" bear made from viscose

Another little 6.5" portly bear. This is Sasha, made from vintage velvet....yes from my mum's attic!!! He can be found on my website or Bearpile.

This morning I am posting a pic of a little, very portly 6.5" bear made from vintage velvet plush. I would go as far as to say it is probably antique!! I found it in my late mother's attic when we were clearing the house after she sadly passed away last year.
Found several pieces of velvet of different colours, some large pieces, some not so large. I think somewhere on this blog there is a photo of Diesel who was made from a lovely, but very small piece of blue velvet. I really wish there had been more of that colour, because apart from blue being my favourite colour I just loved how a bear looked made from that velvet.

This morning I am posting photos of one of my favourite bear patterns. This is Kip made from hand dyed viscose & is about 8.5".
The next photo is of Benny, a new pattern, a very portly little bear that comes out at around 6".
Lastly is Reggie a 7.25" bunny. I am really pleased with how he turned out. These three can be found on my website or Bearpile

The first photo this morning, are of two bears I have made for jenny-handmadehappiness.blogspot.com These are a bit different to her usual ones but I did not have enough mohair to do those ones. If you make bears or anything that requires a pattern you will know with a lot of jigging about you can get the same length of bear onto the fabric but not necessarily from the same pattern.....not sure that makes sense but I know what I mean!!!
The next two photos are my usual bear 8.5" both made from viscose. I really love this type of bear, they are, I think, more traditional.

Today I have photos of three very different bears. Firstly is Cloud-ia a 14" bear made from French tissavel, which is so so soft. I actually started this bear a couple of years ago, put her down & finally unearthed her recently to finish her off. I took her picture in the morning sun.
Secondly is Trampas, a darling little 8.5" viscose bear. He wears a hand knitted (by me) pixie hat & scarf, ideal for these cold, crisp autumn mornings. Trampas has been adopted & will be winging his way off to France later today.
Lastly, is Samuel a 14" vintage style bear made from viscose. He wears over sized, hand knitted pants which I have grubbied up a bit to make them look worn.
